Purpose of position
To provide technical expertise in the implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting of the Improved Food Security of Drought-Affected Households in Zimbabwe project activities under Heifer Project International Zimbabwe.  The M & E Officer coordinates and manages project reporting on specific indicators and activity-related tracking.

Job description
Support development of M&E database and updating it in line with activities; Review project reports according to agreed indicators that will guide project implementation; Analyse and document all key indicators, best practices and case studies of innovations and initiatives; Work with partners to ensure the collection of relevant and appropriate data which is needed for the project M and E System; Carry out assessments and project related study; Organize and facilitate district level trainings on M&E functions for capacity development and awareness among relevant Heifer staff; Develops relevant monitoring and evaluation tools, including formulation of terms of reference where appropriate; Facilitates development of district project operational plans; Monitors project progress, ensuring that implementation is according to the operational plan; Carries out any other assignments that may be given by the supervisor

A bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, statistics, development studies, agriculture or other relevant disciplines plus at least 2 years of monitoring and evaluation experience; Must possess a clean valid class 3 driver’s license

Ability to travel independently within the district/country; Maintain the highest level of professionalism when dealing with donors, project participants, Heifer Zimbabwe staff and partner organizations; Managing and Executing multiple tasks; A results oriented person; Ability and willingness to use project related MIS

Job Purpose
  • A member of the Risk Transformation team, , and will provide key credit risk support to the Corporate Credit Managers, Relationship Managers, Treasury and Country Credit Director for a defined portfolio of Corporate and / or Business Banking/SME customers.
  • Deliver high quality and consistent levels of credit compliance through end to end management of risk control reports and customer management information.
  • Monitor and control nominated accounts within designated portfolios to ensure consistent compliance to the terms of sanction
  • Maintain appropriate diary systems to support the management of the defined portfolio
  • Maintain integrity of Corporate Credit Risk System data and update financial information for the Corporate portfolio
