This position is a minimum 10 months contract.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Candidate should have 3+ years civils structures background – this include reservoirs, water treatment, etc.
  • Candidate should have relevant site experience
  • Candidate should have relevant design experience
  • Candidate should be a local Botswana citizen with Professional ERB registration.

Remuneration is negotiable based on qualification and relevant experience.

Position is immediately available.

Qualification
  • Degree in Process Reengineering
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification​
Experience
  • ​7 or more years’ experience of working in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Projects
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainable process improvements​
