FINANCE OFFICER – LETLOLE LA RONA LIMITED

Job Summary and Requirements:

  • Capture and posting of all receipts promptly into MDA system
  • Ensure that rent is paid timely
  • Reconciliation of accounts receivable with general ledger
  • Maintain security deposit account
  • Deal with debtor’s queries about payments and negotiate payment plans
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of debtors accounts
  • Respond promptly to both customers and internal queries
  • Liaison with property management division on debtors
  • Liaison with finance officer on debtors and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure proper management of debts
  • Perform monthly bank and cash book reconciliations
  • Prepare reports for periodic presentation to Management and Board
  • Commence legal action against debtors in the event of failure to pay debt
  • All other administrative duties related to credit control function

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting/Business Studies
  • ACCA Part qualified

Competencies

  • Ability to maintain good client relationships at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet the set deadlines

Job Summary and Requirements: To assist the Property Manager with the following:

  • Marketing of vacant properties.
  • Vetting prospective tenants,
  • Preparation of offer letters and lease agreements.
  • Ensure that contracting parties observe their obligation as stipulated in the lease agreement.
  • Carry out inspections for tenants moving or vacating and insuring that the condition of the property is properly documented.
  • To carryout pre and post inspections for any maintenance works
  • Preparation and management of budget

Qualifications:

  • BSc Estate Management or equivalent
  • Registered Practitioner with Real Estate Advisory Council and a Member of Real Estate Institute of Botswana.

Skills Required

  • Good Interpersonal Skills, Numeracy, Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER – GEAR MINING CONSTRUCTION

Purpose of Role:

SGS Bateman seeks the services of a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager. The main function within this role is to support, promote, and drive continuous improvement for QHSE statutory requirements, policies, procedures and practices as described in the Corporate Quality, Health, and Safety and Environmental framework.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • To provide SHEQ function strategies
  • To manage and oversee the overall administration of the SHEQ function
  • To adopt and implementing SHEQ systems
  • To oversee and advice with:
  • Execution of approved Environmental, Health and Safety Plans in order to ensure legal and company procedural compliance.
  • Evaluation, selection and purchase of Personal Protective Equipment and if required the
  • Collective Protective Equipment
  • Reviewing tender submissions, enquiries and responses for compliance with Company,
  • Client and other project specific requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

Safety Management qualification is essential.( Diploma/Degree in Managing HSE) Min 5 years’ experience in Safety Management position within Metals and Minerals Industry.
