Key Objectives
● Responsible for the management of service staff and costs while ensuring on going customer satisfaction

Education
●Degree in Logistics Management /Associated Human Resources Management

Experience
●5 years experience in service environment

Other requirements
●Computer literacy
●Valid driver’s licence
●Understand of financial figures
●ability to work under pressure

List of tasks

●Full responsibility pf service within the branch
●Asset Management
●Liaising with customers
●Supervision of loading and uploading of stock carriages
●Continuously maintaining contracts inclusions and circulating stock
●Manage installations, maintenance tickets and withdrawals
●Ordering of stock
●Manage staff in the distribution department
●Weekly service staff meetings
