ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

The company is looking for self-driven, results oriented and passionate individuals to join a professional team as Assistant Human Resources Manager. The incumbent will be required to assist in driving through the execution & delivery of all HR services to the business.

Main Accountabilities

• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
• Utilize business priorities to recommend and implement talent management solutions
• Provide professional support and advise to line managers on managing their human resources (including grievance and disciplinary case management)
• Implement Organizational Development initiatives such as Leadership Development, Performance Management, Training & Development, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Manpower Planning, Remuneration and Benefits Administration
• Ensure effective HR Information Management
• Ensure continuous improvement of HR processes
• Effectively manage Change Management
Experience and Qualifications
• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 3 years or more managerial experience, preferably in a fast-paces Hospitality industry/environment
• The person should have demonstrated skills and interests towards managing a high performance workforce, especially through motivational means
• Must be organized, detail oriented, able to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Systems
