WHOLESALE BANKING

1. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (LIABILITY AND FOREX)
Reporting to the Head: Wholesale Banking, the incumbent will be accountable for a defined portfolio of clients, integrating and coordinating all the Bank’s products, services and resources in order to maximise the value of business relationships and ensure profitability for the Bank and the Client in line with the Banks Policy.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge & Skills
• A Commerce Degree or equivalent Five (5) years banking experience, specifically within the Corporate Banking/Business Banking environment, with at least three (3) years’ work experience within the: Liability and Forex environment
• Good knowledge and understanding of the bast operating practices specific to the business
• Good knowledge and understanding of the banking financial services mechanisms and the entire range of products and services useful to corporate organisations in developing strategically long term business relationships
• Ability to match client and product knowledge to identify cross selling opportunities and/or pre-empt clients financial and business needs
• Knowledge of relationship management principles and practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

OPERATIONS SUPPORT

2. MANAGER: INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, and responsible for the design and execution of the infrastructure development plans and projects, financial management and budgeting, property management and vendor SLA management. business continuity management end reporting

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• A tertiary qualification in Facilities Management or related
• 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management
• Three (3) years related experience in the banking industry will be on advantage
• Has adequate knowledge of construction methods, building products and techniques

RETAIL BANKING

3. TELLER x2 (GABORONE)
Reporting to the Supervisor. Customer Services, and responsible for accepting cash, cheque deposits and withdrawals processes, balancing till on a daily basis and clearing of excess cash to Treasury areas (vault) in order to maintain daily till cash linit, in adherence with the Bank’s laid down Processes. Procedures and Policies.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• BGCSE /Cambridge preferably with both Accounting and Mathematics as subjects
• IOB qualification will be an Added Advantage
• One (1) year general Banking experience preferably with knowledge Of KYC and AML requirements

4. SALES CONSULTANT – GAME CITY BRANCH
Reporting to the Branch Manager, and responsible for the proactive sales of the bank’s Products, generation of new business, retaining existing business as well as effective Credit Assesment and Administration Support. in order to ensure Profitability as well the Bank and Service Delivery in accordance with the Bank’s policy.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Diploma in Sales or Marketing or any related field
• IOB qualification will be an Added Advantage
• Three (3) years relevant sales experience
• Knowledge of the Banking Products and Services
• Business acumen in Banking Operations & Administration Procedures

Reporting to the Branch Manager, and responsible for overseeing the proactive selling of the bank’s Products to the existing and new clients to ensure that sales targets are achieve, effective credit assessment, collateral and administration support in order to meet the business’s objective in accordance with the Bank’s policy.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Diploma in Sales or Marketing or any related field
• Five (5) years relevant Sales experience
• Knowledge of Banking Credit and Securities Principles
• Business Acumen in Operations and Administration Procedures
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency in Computer Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Leadership and Planning Skills
• Excellent Calculation skills
• The ability to Analyze and Evaluate Financial Information

6. CREDIT OFFICER – MALL BRANCH
Reporting to the Branch Manager, and responsible for effective administration and facilitation of the Bank’s credit policy which includes pro and aftercare approval processes and documentation, loan agreements, loading and review of limits at Branch Level, to identify cross selling opportunities and to refer them as leads to Sales in accordance with the Bank’s policy.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Related Discipline
• Credit and Securities Course will be an added advantage
• Five (5) years banking experience with exposure In credit and securities
• Proficient Knowledge of Banking Credit Principles & Administration Procedures
• Proficiency in Computer Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent Leadership skills
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills

CREDIT

7. COLLATERAL OFFICER
Reporting to the Manager: Collateral, and responsible for generating security documentation for customer signatures, receives completed documents, and records these on security envelopes while ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation at all times for adequacy of legal requirements in accordance with the Bank’s policies

Minimum Qualification., Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Diploma in Business related discipline
• Three (3) years in credit administration environment
• Proficiency in Computer Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

8. MANAGER- FINANCE REPORTING
Reporting to the Chief Financial officer, and responsible for Capricorn Investment Holding Botswana (CIHB) accounts management and consolidation of Group and Subsidiary accounts for internal and external reporting

Minimum Qualifications, Experience. Knowledge & Skills
•Newly qualified Chartered Accountant
• Five (5) years working experience in the Financial accounting field
• SAP experience will be an Added Advantage
• Knowledge of Business & Administration Procedures
• Knowledge of the Accounting Systems and Processing activities.
• Sound knowledge of VAT and Income Tax • Sound knowledge of IFRS and IAS

9. ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, and responsible for ensuring timely and accurate posting of source documents into the correct ledger accounts in accordance with the Bank’s laid down policies. This will include among others, preparation and processing of Invoices for creditors and debtors, vendor reconciliations, processing and reconciliations of petty cash accounts, posting of monthly salary payments. processing and reconciliation of Branches intersystem payments, monthly Withholding Tax schedules and certificates.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
• AAT/Diploma in Accounting or Banking
• Three (3) years ‘ experience in Accounting/Finance with one (1) year exposure to accounts payables
• Knowledge of Financial Procedures end Policies
• Excellent and Written Communion Skills
• Proficiency in Computer Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
