All positions require:

• Previous experience working in multicultural working environment.
• Previous experience working in mining industries.
• Ability to speak, understand and write English Ian guage.
• Highly motivated with excellent work and safety habits.
• Ability to work unsupervised in isolated areas.
• Willingness to work in a ‘hands on’ position. Independent, self-motivated, proactive thinking, ability to do own job planning.
• Ability to work proactively.
• First aid certificate preferred.
• Additionally, each position specifically requires:
Project Manager
• Minimum 15 years Project Management experience
• Commercial understanding
• Worked in a multi-cultural environment.
• Mobilised projects to remote locations.
TAE40110 Cert VI Training & assessment preferred.
• RII50609 Diploma in Drilling Operations preferred.
• BSB41407 Certificate IV in OHS preferred.
• ISO 9001 Quality Management.
• Drilling methodologies and solutions to issues which may impact on drilling operations Quality Management
• Risk Assessment (JSEA)
• Incident Investigation
• Excellent written and verbal English language com-munication skills
• Leadership and people skills
Drill & Blast Manager
• Minimum 15 years mining experience in a Senior Supervisor/General Foreman position.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Drill and Blast industry.
• Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
• Experience working in remote areas.
• Experience working in extreme environments.
• Project management diploma.
• Level IV HSE management.
• Diploma in Drilling Operations.
• Formal Blast Management qualifications.
• Business management diploma.
• Business administration diploma (desirable).
Drill Trainer
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant position.
• Worked in a multi-cultural environment.
• Mobilised projects in remote locations (preferred) or involved in a start-up operation.
• Cert IV Trainer & Assessor must.
• Degree/ Diploma in Training desirable.
• Occupational Health & Safety desirable.
• Work Place Assessor Accreditation.
Maintenance Manager and a Relief Maintenance Manager
Minimum 10 years proven experience in servicing
• maintaining and troubleshooting all types of mobile drilling equipment
• Experience on various drill rigs, compressors, boosters and support vehicles and equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of hydraulic, compressor and electrical systems.
• Worked in a multi-cultural environment.
• Worked in Mining Environment an added advantage
• Mobilised projects to remote locations.
• Trade Certificate in Heavy Diesel Fitting or equivalent
• Post-trade experience working in the Mining Industry
