JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Finance /Accounting
Atleast 5 years experience in a relevant role
Atleast 2 years people management experience
Experience in Accounting ,Risk with and Auditing will be an added advantage

  • Monitor the global markets for patterns and insights to produce market reports for clients
  • Shape the development and the way we present our wealth management products and services to clients
  • Develop client behaviour analytics and formulate plans for new ways of engaging clients

At the end of your one year programme, you will choose your role within our Wealth Management business. Below are some of the roles our IG Alumni have selected at the end of the formal programme:

Executive Chef – F&B Manager (Bush Based)

Introduction

A fantastic opportunity is available for a suitably qualified and experienced Food and Beverages Manager in Botswana. This role is extremely guest orientated. The F&B manager ensures the efficient and smooth operation and management of the camps food and beverage department, in cooperation with the rest of the management team, managing as well as supporting the front of house and kitchen teams.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Cookery/Food Service or equivalent.
  • Experience working in remote wilderness areas
  • Proven working experience in the hospitality field under Food and Beverages/Restaurant/ Kitchen for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Proven experience of delivering a five star dining experience- ala carte.
  • Proven record of outstanding staff relations.
