Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Our client is one of the leading international finance businesses in the region: well-established, fast growing, leading edge. In its continuous effort to expand, it’s looking for a dynamic and proven COO to develop and execute strategy (sales, distribution, marketing, customer service) and continue to grow the business and customer base.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be his ‘right hand person’ and a key member of this multi-national business. You will be equally comfortable, and brilliant, with operating at Board level and pulling up your sleeves and directing your sales team consisting 180 people. With 14 sales managers (from branches spread throughout the country), reporting to you, you will need to be a seasoned and proven Sales and Distribution champion with experience in growing a business.
This leadership role requires a person of stature with broad shoulders and confidence based upon a proven track record in maximising revenue growth. Drive, energy and determination will be hallmarks of your personality and you will have the ambition to succeed and get to the very top. Additional responsibilities include: marketing & customer service strategy; sales reporting & forecasting; developing and directing customer acquisition and retention strategies; identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service and sound business relationships.
