Country Manager – Botswana

Job Description

Compuscan, a registered credit bureau that is based in Stellenbosch, has a position available for a Country Manager for Botswana (based in Gaborone).

Key Requirements:

• NQF Level 4- Matric (Grade 12)
• 2- 3 years external sales experience (preferably at a credit bureau / financial sector)
• Proven track record of sales targets met and exceeded
• Training experience
• Computer Certificate (or similar qualification) would be advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office
• Basic IT troubleshooting
• Experience in installing software
• Able to communicate fluently in English and another local language
• Prepared to travel

• Promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client / company relationship
• Achieve and exceed set targets and objectives through the successful implementation of core and value added solutions
• Administration including regular reporting
