Position Summary: This position handles all customer inquiries, requests and complaints received through different contact channels – voice, email, social media and live chat.
Minimum Education or Qualifications:
Minimum O ’Level, preferably with courses in customer service
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience in customer service and/or contact center and advantage
