Immediate Cashloan Assist, a 100% citizen owned micro-lending business invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following;
CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT

POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting and taking instructions from the Principal Officer, benchmarking on best customer service practices and perform daily office duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
– BGCSE
– Certificate in Customer Service or Public Relations, certificate in any course will be an added advantage
– Proven work experience or attachment

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
-Loan processing
– Create, review customer files and make follow-ups on outstanding debts
– Attend to customer queries and requests
– Maintain quality service by benchmarking on best practices
– To perform other daily office duties:
-Filling
-Cash and cheque deposits and withdrawal (Banking)
-Purchasing office items
-Field marketing, advertising and promotions
-Petty cashier/cash handling including
-Credit check
-Debt management
-Doing Customers’ accounts, cash and bank Reconciliations

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
– Confident problem solver, team player and decision maker
– Communication and interpersonal skills
– Intermediate level computer literacy
– Ability to work without close supervision
– Ability to listen and carry out instructions timely
– Quality service delivery
– Strong capacity to manage relationships with customers
