Tsholofelo Rehabilitation Centre is a community based Non-Governmental Organisation based in Serowe that exists to provide rehabilitation and advocacy for children with disabilities in the Central District.

Vacancy: Deputy Coordinator
Ref: DC 02/2016

Main duties
•Assist the coordinator to manage the day to day running of the centre under the supervision of the Board of Directors and caretaker Ministries of Health and Education, Skills and Development.
•Assist the coordinator on the supervision of staff, programmes’ implementation, monitoring and evaluation
•Implement and manage the Policy Guidelines for Financial Support to Non-Governmental organisations
•Ensures strict adherence to Government financial support to Non-governmental organisations
•Assist on fund raising activities as directed by the Board of Directors
•Prepares and presents budgets to Board of Directors for approval and subsequent transmission of the same to the caretaker Ministries of Health, Education and Skills Development
•Keeping centre secrets secret
•Carries out any other duty as directed by Board of Directors and caretaker Ministries of Health, Education and Skills Development

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following;
•Education
•Social Sciences
•Humanities
•Health Sciences
•Post graduate qualification, experience working with people living with disabilities and proven management record will be an added advantage
•Minimum 2 years’ experience as Supervisor/Manager/Coordinator in a comparable institution.
