Executive Chef needed for a Group of luxury 5* Game Lodges in Northern Botswana. We need a candidate who is experienced in the kitchen with a strong management style, is hands-on and comfortable working in an isolated environment.

- At least 2 – 3 years experience in a similiar 5* environment
- Solid track record in hospitality establishments – must have contactable references
- Professional Culinary Qualification from a recognized establishment
- Must be able take on full kitchen management administration, from ordering and maintenance to quality and portion control and staff training
This is a live in position, package includes accommodation, all meals, flights from/to camp, medical contribution, uniforms and company bed nights.
