General Executive Sous Chef duties will apply. Previous experience within same position within a busy hotel essential.

· Skills/Requirements:
Ability to effectively run a team of staff within a Hotel Kitchen Structured environment. Good Leadership and Communication skills. Hands on ability in the kitchen. Strong Banqueting and A la Carte skills.

Qualifications

Recognized professional cookery diploma is essential.
