Description
  • Facilitate the implementation of promotion grids
  • Communicate promotional activities to field force
  • Ensure POS gets to store timeously
  • Ensure sufficient stock has been ordered
  • Ensure generic planograms are implemented
  • Ensure store specific planograms and category flows are implemented
  • Ensure forward share is reflected on shelf as per rate of sale
  • Ensure market share is reflected in the category
  • Ensure shelf health is implemented and maintained
  • Communicate sales targets to the field force
  • Increase sales volumes in stores
  • Ensure cross merchandising
  • Ensure forward share is a reflection of ROS
  • Monitorin store pricing
  • Ensure out of stocks are limited
  • Minimise credit notes
  • Drive adhoc promotions to increase sales
  • Compile trade visit reports
  • Compile monthly reports to Regional Manager
  • Conduct review meetings with client
  • Monitor stock in depots
  • Negotiate new listings in stores with store managers
  • Recruit and select staff
  • Train and develop staff
  • Manage performance
  • Manage rewards and remuneration
  • Manage leave
  • Manage temporary staff

Profile
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Relevant tertiary qulification an advantage
  • 5 years sales experience in FMCG environment
  • Previous management/supervisory experience
