Food And Beverage Manager (Okavango Delta)

Luxury Safari Operator in the Okavango delta has a Food and Beverage Management position in a Five star 18 bed camp. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic individual to supervise and manage the Front of house service team as well as the kitchen brigade. Bush experience is a must as well as a love for nature.

· Skills/Requirements:

  • Management of Front of house service team and chefs
  • Working knowledge of kitchen
  • Food and Beverage Ordering and month end
  • Occasional Hosting of guests
  • Deliver a five star service to the guests
  • Excellent Guest interaction
  • Hygiene and safety controller
  • Food and bar costings, budgets stock control
  • Staff training and development
  • Asset control
  • The preparation and proper presentation of high quality meals for guests, both in Camp and when they are out on external activities
