Overview of role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the management and leadership of the Human Resources function in this small organisation by headcount but, a large organisation by influence. While working with a mostly professional workforce you will ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of human resources processes and projects including: talent management; recruitment and selection; training and development; employee engagement; and performance management as well as advising and guiding the organisation on all matters on the HR agenda.

Requirements, Education and Experience
You will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years generalist HR experience, 4 of which should have been gained at a management level.
