Job overview

Reporting to the General Manager – Marketing, the incumbent will take a leading role in the development of an Intergrated Marketing Plan through the provision of professional marketing communications and brand management inputs and advice. They will also lead a professional team to identify commercial opportunities that support BTC’s business goals. The incumbent will set performance targets and measures to ensure that the marketing plan is implemented with optimal efficiency in order to ensure Return on Investment. The incumbent will use industry best practice, to plan, coordinate and evaluate all marketing campaigns on behalf of BTC and manage industry forums and corporate events.

Job Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies or equivalent. At least 9 year’s professional experience in the field three (3) year’s of which should have been at management level within a profit driven environment. Membership to a relevant professional association will be an added advantage.
