Reporting to the General Manager – Wholesale, the incumbent will contribute towards the development of a viable BTC Wholesale business plan which delivers the BTC business strategy for growing sustainable and profitable wholesale revenues.
They will develop standard procedures for in-life contract management, provide pre-sales and post-sales support to sales teams, manage documentation in adherence to BTC processes and ensure effective management of Quality of Service and Service Level Agreements. Furthermore, the incumbent will analyse business performance for the Wholesale Division and produce regular reports for the BTC Management.
Degree in Business Administration, Network Engineering or equivalent with nine (9) year’s professional experience of wholesale markets of which three (3) years’ should have been in pre-sales and post-sales management. Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
