HELPDESK ASSISTANT (Tenable in Ghanzi, Kasane and Charles Hill)

Minimum Requirements
• Applicants must possess O’level (BGCSE) certificate with at least three (1) year experience in Office Administration.

Pre-appointment Training
• Basic computer training (MS Office Excel, Project & MS Word)

Key Effectiveness Areas
Updates data base by:
 Reports to the Resident Facilities Manager and Maintenance Technician
 Operates as helpdesk agent
 Captures maintenance information, operating unit data (e.g. Hours, tonnage, kilometers) and
history on Computer Maintenance Management
 Receive and assesses customer complaints and creates maintenance work notifications
 Converts maintenance work notifications to work orders and captures resource requirements
 Prints job cards and reconciles them with the final weekly schedule
 Initiate and implement best and effective practices in administrative functions
 Manage office supplies stock and place orders
 Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
 Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
 Book meetings as required
