HR Intern Officer (x1)

Main purpose of the job

The individual will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee database. Will be carrying out day to day duties of the HR department. Giving customer support to internal and external stakeholders.
Main duties

Maintaining and updating Human Resources files
Assisting in the Recruitment process of Human Resources.
Ensuring that the HR department is complying with Labour Regulations by ensuring that the department has all the necessary updated Labour information.
Assisting with the applications of permits.
Ensuring that employees all have the relevant work related documents.
Monitoring staff attendance through the Biometric system.
Any other related HR duties

Requirements

Applicants should have at least an Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification, a professional Human Resources qualification is desirable.
Must be able to deal with employees at a professional level.
Must be able to multi-task and be willing to learn.
