Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of Degree in a relevant area (including Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent)
Experience: At least 2 – 3 years’ experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Salary and benefits administration
•Records Management
•Training and Development
• Conduct staff disciplinary cases
•Recruitment and selection
•Staff motivation and wellness issues
•Transport and logistics administration
•Leave management

Qualities
•Ability to use a Pastel (Payroll & HR)
•Demonstrated ability in report writing
•Demonstrated Supervisory skills
