Vacancy: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Main Purpose of Job

To assist in the development delivery and execution of human resource management best practices in support of the execution of the Corporation’s strategy. The role holder is responsible for inter alia, issues pertaining to workforce, that is talent management, staff welfare, compensation and benefits as well as employee relations.


Minimum Requirements

•Degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational/Industrial Psychology, Business Administration/Management or other related fields.
•Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures.
