MEMBER CENTRE CONSULTANT – DATA (HEAD OFFICE)

Overview of role
To accurately update the member database, process claims and administer pensioner payroll and Trust.

DRIVER MESSANGER (GABORONE REGION)

Overview of role
To transport the funds documents and personnel to ensure/enhance delivery of services.

FRONT DESK OFFICER (GABORONE REGION)

Overview of role
To efficiently operate multi-line switchboard, receive and direct calls and visitors and promoting a positive image of the fund.

PENSIONER PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR (HEAD OFFICE)

Overview of role
Timely preparation and management of the pensioner payroll.

IT OFFICER (HEAD OFFICE)

Overview of role
Respond to and resolve incidents involving Information Systems, IT equipment and users to enable them to effectively use such systems and equipment in support of agreed IT service level agreements.

INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS OFFICER (HEAD OFFICE)

Overview of role
To provide support in accounting for all the funds’ investments and consolidation of portfolios to gauge performance and compliance to set tactical bandwidths as set by the regulator. To accurately produce monthly and adhoc reports.
