We are searching for a Junior Sous Chef for a beautiful 5 star lodge.
This is a live in position based close to the Botswana border
You will be a good match for this position if you are a strong and experienced Chef de Partie / Junior Sous with excellent leadership skills and a creative, skilful approach to cooking.

– A stable work history with at least 2 years in each position
– Good references for all of your previous employers

– 5 years experience in quality, medium sized fine dining kitchens
– Computer literate
