Office Administrator, Sales & Marketing Officer – Tashys Royal Gardens

Tashys Royal Gardens is looking to fill the following positions:

1. OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:

• Managing office affairs (Invoices, receipts, petty cash, etc)
• Banking and office filling
• Customer communication, phone calls, Emails letters, social media etc

Requirement and Attributes:

• Highly skill in computer (MS Word, excel, ppt, project)
• A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail.
• High level of time management and personal organization.
• Good with social media for business.
• Data analysis skills.
• Good team player and self manager
• Must have valid driver license
• Knowledge of events management and catering an added advantage.

2. SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Sales acquisition and sales pipeline management.
• Coordinate Marketing Events and activities.
• Customer sales, quotations, invoices, etc.
• Customer communication, phone calls, Emails letters, social media etc

Requirement and Attributes:

• Know the sales management process.
• Peoples person, good interpersonal skills.
• Clean and well groomed.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and at least one other language
• High level of time management and personal organization.
• A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail and good data analysis skills.
• Understand fundamentals of marketing
• Highly skill in computer apps (MS Word, excel, ppt, project)
• Graphics or photo editing with any graphics application
• Good with social media for business
• Good team player and Self manager
• Must have valid driver license and passport
• Knowledge of events management and catering an added advantage.
