·         The Zurich Policy Admin Technician’s role is to ensure Ensure the effective processing of all tasks of domestic, commercial (Treaty re-insurance, non-re-insurance, aggregates and burners, motor fleets) and Sasria lines insurance in the organization.

·         Case processing of Marine, Engineering, Collectables, Motor Traders, FAC and Corporate

Business Accountabilities

 

·         Effective and efficient  capturing and maintenance of insurance policies

·         Providing customer service excellence by representing the organization through maintaining high levels of professionalism, quality and service excellence.

 

 

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

1)    EFFECTIVE PROCESSING OF “CASE” NEW BUSINESS

(COM, Marine, Engineering, Motor Traders, Corporate, PCF and Annual – treaty re-insurance, FAC, aggregates and burners, motor fleets) as per procedure manual.

 

2)    EFFECTIVE PROCESSING OF “CASE” ENSORSEMENTS

(COM, Marine, Engineering, Motor Traders, Corporate, PCF and Annual – treaty re-insurance, FAC, aggregates and burners, motor fleets) as per procedure manual.

 

3)    EFFECTIVE PROCESSING OF “CASE” RENEWALS

(COM, Marine, Engineering, Motor Traders, Corporate, PCF and Annual – treaty re-insurance, FAC, aggregates and burners, motor fleets) as per procedure manual.

 

4)    EFFECTIVE PROCESSING OF REINSURANCE

(Treaty and FAC) as per procedure manual.

 

5)    EFFECTIVE PROCESSING OF ALL CANCELLATIONS AND UNPAIDS as per procedure manual.

 

6)    EFFECTIVE PROCESSING OF REINSTATEMENTS as per procedure manual.

Your Skills and Experience

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent with completion of or substantial progress towards the Certificate of Proficiency.

 

 

Knowledge:

 

·         Attention to detail to ensure the quality of documents being processed.

·         Adherence to Service Level Agreements.

·         Ability to gain understanding of Zurich’s philosophy and framework

·         Ability to gain knowledge of Zurich organizational structure

·         Knowledge and understanding of relevant company policies, processes and procedures
