Botswana Insurance Company Limited is looking for suitably qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Receptionist.
To serve customers/visitors diligently, effectively and efficiently by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
TASKS AND DUTIES
Welcome visitors by greeting and assisting them, in person or on the telephone.
Handle all incoming calls and handling caller enquiries if possible.
Redirect calls as appropriately and take messages when required.
Notifying employees of visitor arrival in a timely manner.
Maintain security by issuing the log book.
Keeping the reception area tidy.
Sorting and distributing mail (Incoming or outgoing).
Perform other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILL OR EXPERIENCE
Must be able to speak fluently in English and Setswana.
Must be friendly and polite.
Must have a sense of professionalism.
Able to deal with difficult clients.
Must have telephone etiquette
A minimum of 1 year working experience as a receptionist.
