Vacancy: RECORDS MANAGEMENT OFFICER (FIXED TERM CONTRACT )

Job Summary

Responsible for effective and appropriate management of organisations records throughout their life cycle. You will be responsible for ensuring that accurate are available for operational and strategic purposes and ensure that legal, compliance and best practice obligations are met

Key Activities
– Oversees the management of all records regardless of form or format
– Identify the most appropriate records management resources
– Establish retention and disposal schedules
– Ensures compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
– Train and supervise records staff
– Adheres to and promotes Safety,Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
– Diploma in Records Management or equivalent
– At least 2 years’ experience in records management field
– Valid Class B Drivers Licence
– Knowledge of SHE Management Systems (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001)
