Relationship Officer – Palapye
Reporting to the Team Leader – Sales & Service, the role will develop and manage mutually beneficial long term relationships with customers through generating revenue streams by cross-sell of banking services to the bank‘s customer base.
You will utilize your excellent business management skills to continually identify opportunities for improvement intended to grow the reputation of BancABC service and proposition. You will develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the markets, banking as well as other wealth management products and services in order to match our offering with client needs. You will ensure portfolio profitability in line with your targets.
Applying your exceptional customer service skills, you will champion the Bank‘s customer experience ensuring the delivery of quality advice, recommendations and solutions to customers.
This role requires you to possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, Marketing coupled with a minimum of 3 years experience in a Relationship Management or similar role within the Banking industry. An in-depth knowledge of financial products is a necessity.
