Service Manager, Accounts Administrator, Service Consultant – Botswana Life Insuarance Holdings

1.Service Manager

Qualifications
•Bachelor degree in any Business/commerce program
•master’s program or professional qualifications is an added benefit
•Certificate of Proficiency (Long term insurance)

Background Experience
•A Minimum of 7 years post qualification
•Atleast 3 years of these should have been at a supervisory level.

2.Accounts Administrator

Qualifications
•numerate degree such as Accounting, economics, mathematics or engineering
•COP would be an added advantage

Background Experience
•experience in a collections or Business processing environment will be an added advantage
•sound working knowledge of excel will also be an added advantage

3.Service Consultant

Qualifications
•degree in business or social science related discipline
•certificate of Proficiency (long term insurance)
•basic computer skills (e.g ICDL)
•progress in insurance professional examinations will be an added advantage

Background Experience

•customer contact work or related service industry would be an added advantage
