Estate/Community Manager Job At Louieville Estate


Louieville Estate is looking for a community manager to join their organization. The successful applicant will have responsibilities under the following categories: Information System, Visitors management, Community Management, Meetings, Secretarial Tasks as well as offering Administrative Support to the community.

Job Responsibilities
Information system
-receive, direct and relay telephone and fax messages
-Pick up and deliver mail
-Open and date stamp all general correspondences
-Record and handle incoming and outgoing couriers

Visitors Management
– Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately

Community management
– Respond to resident requests and queries
– Facilitate compliance with LHA rules
– Deal with requests for facilities utilization
– Manage community events
– Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence

Meetings
– Assist in the planning and preparation of notice and agendas for meetings and community activities

Secretarial tasks
– Respond to public inquiries
– Provide word processing and secretarial support
– Provide administrative services for LHA Committee
– Receive levy payments from homeowners/residents
– Deal with clubhouse bookings and keep record of the same
– Send monthly reports (security and maintenance) to committee

Administrative support to the Committee
– Liaise with Security company and manage security issues
– Liaise with onsite technical/maintenance manager to ensure agreed daily tasks and special agreed projects are completed on time.
