Position Summary: Manage the day to day planning, operations and problem solving of a team of agents to meet the required service level components and targets.
Minimum Education or Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business related course
Key Skills and Experience:
At least 1 year team leader experience in a fast paced customer service environment
