TECHNICIAN – MINING & MINERAL ENGINEERING (1 X POST)

Duties: The candidate will be expected to:
Assist with laboratory / practicals in the respective subjects;
Care for equipment / software facilities on a day to day basis
Demonstrate the use of mining related hardware and software to students during practicals
Support academic staff in preparation for site visits related to teaching and research
Undertake any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

Requirements:
A minimum qualification of Diploma in Mining/Mineral/Metallurgical Engineering. Relevant industrial experience will be an added advantage.
