A reputable facilities management company requires the services of qualified and experienced personnel to fill the above position.
Main Purpose of the Job/Key performance Areas:
Identify staff training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business units and human resources department; developing, implemeting and assesing the company’s training policies, programs and plans; and ensuring that all staff members are trained to acquire the necesssary skills to carry out their duties efficiently. Plans and conducts internal inductions, training; and organises external training workshops and sessions. Monitoring progress through training programes.
Minimum Education or Qualifications:
Minimum of Diploma, High National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or related field
Certificate or Diploma in training or related field; Psychology
Computer literate and technology awareness
Critical thinking and innovation
Business and results focused
Regulatory and legal awareness
Assertive and Decisive
Effective comunication skills
Report writing and policy development
Attention to detail
Organisation and planning
Key Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a reputable organisation
