Job description

  • Manage workshop staff on a daily basis, planning and scheduling its activities and service
  • Planning the layout of services and general work
  • Planning of workforce distribution according to their know-how
  • Manage the opening and closing of job cards
  • Manage the warranty system
  • Contact suppliers and manage the ordering instructions of necessary workshop products, tools and equipment
  • Handling of campaigns
  • Manage the leave of employees
  • Coordinate the daily cleanliness of the workshop
  • Training and couching of workshop staff
  • Trouble shooting of mechanical problems and coming up with solutions
  • Maintain communication between all the relevant stakeholders
  • Report writing
