FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

REMOTE SITE (TOTENG – KHOEMACAU COPPER MINE)

Purpose of role: Management of internal control systems and provision of accounting and financial assistance to the finance department, including hut not limited to:

• Cost Control (Stock)
• Operating Expenses
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Financial Reports (P&L)
• Payroll Processes

Requirements;

• Botswana Citizen/Expats
• Min 5 years’ accounting experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage industry
• Driver’s License
• Must be able to reside on site – rotation to be discussed and agreed on
• Good financial understanding of all aspects of village management
• Experience with stock taking, reconciliation and billing
• HR&IR Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Computer Literacy, especially Excel skills

Qualifications:

• General Accounting qualification.
• Completed and certified course in Hotel Management will bean advantage.
