ACCOUNTS CLERK (3 MONTHS FTC)

- To assist in completion of payments and expenditure controls by receiving, processing, and reconciling invoices.
- Processing supplier invoices into Navision before payments.
- Weekly supplier account reconciliations and processing of supplier payments.
- Closing reconciling items by following up with suppliers and necessary invoices authorizers
Petty cash management and other activities
Monthly petty cash Reconciliation for Head Office and other Puma Depots on the 30th of every month.
Reimbursement of Petty Cash whenever necessary
Filing of all Finance documents for audit trail.
Stock Count every month end
Check for obsolete stock
Management of Mobile phone billing
AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting plus up to 2 years accounting experience
Oil industry or related experience would be an added advantage. Strong computer skills required MS Office and Excel in particular
Ability to work under pressure

Sense of urgency and priority
