A Manufacturing Company expanding its operations into Botswana to meet export production demands is seeking a qualified person for administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and without supervision and be capable of managing the following tasks, amongst others:
Maintain Company records and perform Bookkeeping and Accounting on Pastel.
Reconcile Bank accounts, Debtors invoicing and Creditors Recons
Maintain Petty Cash account.
Prepare and produce relevant reports for the Operations Manager.
Establish and maintain office files and filing system.
Maintain VIP Payroll System.
Maintain Employee Records.
Perform all reception duties including switchboard.
File Vat and Payroll Returns with BURS
Supervise Costing and Stores record keeping
Prepare Trial Balances
Other tasks that may arise out of the growth of the business.
Minimum Education or Qualifications:
Grade 12 or O’ Level
Diploma in Office Administration and Management
Pastel, VIP Payroll and Bookkeeping Certificates
Key Skills and Experience:
at least 5 years experience
Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and Internet)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be fluent in English – written and spoken.
