Administration Assistant

We are looking for a good all rounder. Able to handle anything from keeping diaries to making sure the office works efficiently. To provide administrative services to the business by attending to visitors and dealing with inquiries on the phone and face to face. To ensure that the company brand is upheld through professional interaction with the general public, clients and customers.

Must be a detail orientated self starter with excellent written and verbal communications skills


Will be responsible for office admin including but not limited to the following:

·         Furniture and office supplies

·         Office admin – photocopies, filing, stationary, conummables purchase and supply, etc.

·         Arrange move to new offices and set up at the new offices

·         Organise shared resources

·         Diary management

·         Newspaper supply

·         Make sure offices are cleaned

·         Keep leave register and admin for staff


·         Reception

.        Support meeting preparation


·         Grade 12

·         Recognised Administration Diploma.



·         Minimum of 5 years experience preferably working in the telecommunications, IT or similar environment

.         Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures

.         Computers – microsoft office (word, powerpoint, outlook etc)

.         Typing skills


·         Organization

·         Task Management

·         Communication

·         Client Service

·         Able to use Microsoft Office Suite

·         High level of attention to detail.
