Assistant Branch Manager – Selebi Phikwe Store – JBSports

We are urgently looking for personnel to take up the post of ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER in our SELEBI PHIKWE STORE.

1. Assist In managing overall branch operations, administration and merchandise planning and implementation.

2. Assist in daily cash management including cash up at the branch and ensure safe banking.

3. Assist in supervising and managing customer services assistants.

4. To attend to and resolve customer complaints and enquiries and to provide good customer service.

5. Evaluate sales and do market research to sales and profitability of the branch

6. Ensure due maintenance and safe keeping of stores’ assets.

7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results (targets)

8. Responsible for creative contribution towards advertising, sales promotion and store display plans.

9. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel procedures.

Should be of a smart appearance and fluent.

Well mannered

Having a friendly and engaging personality.

Comfortable working with members of the public.

Should have a confident manner.

Must be helpful and polite.

Assistant should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day.

Should have a comprehensive understanding of retail

Knowledge of inventory management

Possess ability to multi-task

Minimum Requirements

BGCSE certificate (will be considered only with retail experience)

Degree in any retail related program or equivalent 3 years retail experience.
