Job Description:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager the incumbent will be responsible for the administration and assisting in Human resources aspects for the Company .The assistant Human Resources Manager will create and administer processes to maximize the operational effectiveness and people strategies and ensures local and corporate requirements are adhered to

Key Arears of responsibilities include but not limilted to

Employee Relations Management
Facilitation of on Boarding of new employees
Preparation of Human Resources monthly reports
Managing and maintaining of HR database on VIP
Monitoring and adherence to recruitment processes
Implementation and Monitoring of performance management
Compliance and Monitoring of the Human Resources policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
5 years post qualification in a human resources environment
Demonstrated knowledge of human resources discplines
Excellent people, interpersonal ,influence and problem solving skills
Must be organized ,detail oriented ,able to work independently and handle multiple priorities simulataneously
Proficiency in Microsoft office products and systems
General business acumen and analytical skills
HR delivery in a manufacturing or operational environment
