Bond with the Best (Proprietary) Limited invites Junior Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools qualified teachers to work as Subjects Mentorship Practitioners in the following fields of specialization: Accounts-Mathematics; Sciences including Biology, Chemistry & Physics; Business Studies-Commerce; Languages (English-Setswana) and Development Studies-Moral Education -Social Studies.

This role reports directly to the Assistant Deputy Resident Branch Coordinator- Academics and Quality Assurance and reports indirectly to the Deputy Resident Branch Coordinator-Subjects Mentorship Services and Branch Management. The Subjects Mentorship Practitioner has the responsibility for all customers enrolling on the mentorship services programme of his or her area of responsibility.

If you are a young vibrant individual who can demonstrate a history of building trust and credibility in an organisation and can focus on customers as well as outcomes, this could be the next challenge you are looking for. Minimum qualification shall be Diploma in Secondary Education and previous industrial experience will be an added advantage.

Supported by a highly skilled team of professionals, you will lead by example to oversee and achieve subjects mentorship services’ aim of ‘ensuring academic excellence of 21st century learners’. Been proactive and goal focused, you will deliver outstanding academic results through your planning and facilitation skills, as well as your academic knowledge of academic best practice.

The retired officers will be considered as Subjects Mentorship Patrons for their areas of specialty. These patrons are expected to work as Assistants to Subjects Mentorship Practitioners.
