MANAGER – ORGANISATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS

Main Purpose of the job

To provide leadership in the development and execution of organizational effectiveness best practices in support of the execution of the Corporation’s strategy.

The role holder would be responsible for, inter alia, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, knowledge management, job analysis and design, job evaluation, performance management as well as implementation of organizational changes.

 

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Management Services, Organisational/Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related fields.
• Post Graduate Qualification in Social Science will be an added advantage.
• Membership of relevant professional institute will be an added advantage
• Minimum of eight (8) years post qualification experience in the development and implementation of organisation systems and/or employment policies and procedures, with five (5) years at senior or
supervisory level.
• Ability to work at strategic level.
