1. MANAGER CALL CENTRE

QUALIFICATION
Recognised Bachelors Degree in Business Administration,Engineering or equivalent

EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years post qualification experience, two(2) of which should have been at Supervisory level in a Customer Service or Call Centre environment.Experience at supervisory level would be an added advantage.

2. MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICES AND SUPPLY

QUALIFICATION
Degreee in Electrical Engineering with a qualification in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognised university.

EXPERIENCE
A minimum of seven(7) years post qualification experience.Of the above at least (3) years at management level in customer service and supply relatied operations.Experience in a power related industry will be an advantage.

3. MANAGER TECHNICAL SERVICES

QUALIFICATION
A degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.Membership of a professional engineering institution will be an advantage

EXPERIENCE
A minimum of seven(7) years relevant post qualification experience in a power environment.Of the above,at least three (3) years at management level.Experience in power system operations and elecctricity trading will be an added advantage.

4.MANAGER NETWORK DEVELOPMENT

QUALIFICATION
A degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.Membership of a professional engineering institution will be an advantage.Additional Management and Human Sciences qualification will be advantageous

EXPERIENCE
A minimum of seven(7) years post-qualification experience,at least three (3) years of which were served at management level.

5.MANAGER NETWORK MAINTENANCE

QUALIFICATION
A degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.Membership of a professional engineering institution will be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE
A minimum of seven(7) years post-qualification experience,at least three (3) years of which were served at management level.

6.SECURITY OPERATIONS MANAGER
QUALIFICATION
​A recognised Degree in Security Management or equivalent.​

EXPERIENCE
At least six (6) years relevant post qualification experience in security management, two (2) of which should have been at the level of Senior Security Officer at Middle to Senior Management capacity.
A proven track record of effective people and operations management​
