Reporting directly to the CEO, the incumbent will be responsible for different activities in various areas of the sales department, which will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Driving company business and increasing revenue
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Expanding the presence of the company and its brand
  • Leads sales (responsible for structuring the Sales Strategy)
  • Client relationship management
  • Tracks new markets and emerging trends
  • Recommends new products and services
  • Proposes & develops new strategic partnerships
  • Writes proposals and plans
  • Guides long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements
  • Must see to the fact that all the employees adhere to the company’s policies and rules and work as per the instructions given to them


Requirements, Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Degree in B. Com with specialisation in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent
  • 5 years’ experience in business development and sales
  • An understanding of the market
