The Ethiopia Workshop / Conference Visa is suitable for travellers attending approved workshops, conferences, seminars, and professional events in Ethiopia. You may need an invitation letter, event registration confirmation, or details from the organisation hosting the event. Before applying, make sure your passport information matches all supporting documents. If the event has fixed dates, applying early is particularly useful because you do not want visa processing to interfere with your attendance. Keep your invitation and event documents with you while travelling in case immigration officials request them. If your visit also includes business meetings or other activities, check whether those activities are covered by your visa or require additional permission.
