Conservation Manager – Mokolodi Nature Reserve

Qualifications

Applicants should have all, or most of the following qualifications:

• A degree from an accredited college or university with a major in one of the following:
• Natural resource management, forestry, wildlife management or other related resource management majors
• Botany, zoology, wildlife biology, entomology or other related natural resource science majors

Experience

• Five years of progressively responsible professional experience in natural resource management work, involving one or a combination of any of the following:
• Management and conservation of natural areas – forests, water, wildlife, soils, land etc
• Protection of natural resources aginst fire, disease, insects, weeds, animals or other depredations
• Applied research and analysis directly applicable to the development and management of natural areas and/or
• Resource planning for the development and management of natural areas
• A valid drivers license is required
