Key Aspects of the position:
• They are looking for an extremely competent person, well-versed in Pastel Evolution, to come and take full control of all financial aspects of the company.
• This person should have at least 10 years’ experience in construction finances; understand claims, valuations for payment, advance payments, performance guarantees, etc., as well as the day-to-day running of the accounts department.
• This person should also be a good, calm and understandable, confident delegator of tasks.
• They need someone to help them understand their profit and loss, and they need to have information that can help trim their excesses.
• They need to ensure that going forward they have accurate costing to allow them to continue to be fair and competitive tenderers in the Zambian marketplace.
Additional Information:
• Rotation is an option, but the candidate may relocate if they want as this position is permanent.
• Zambian or South African Citizen will be accepted.
• Housing etc. will be provided, where applicable
