Job description

Actively manage the calendar, meetings, logistics, travel, etc. for the Audit Partners
Plan and provide administrative support for the Audit team

Audit Report Issuance – supporting the Audit team, perform quality checks on audit reports, including email final audits reports to distribution list, ensuring the limited distribution disclaimer is affixed, check for spelling or grammatical errors, and errors on distribution lists, etc.; maintain electronic files for internal audit reports, external audit reports and external correspondence

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the audit department and Practice Leader as well as

Partners including: managing extremely active calendar; expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings

Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach including drafting of financial statements

Formatting, proofing and editing client financials with a very strong attention to detail
Preparation of professional documents including letters, memos, proposals, and presentations. General understanding of Excel and basic functions and formulas

Requirements, Education and Experience

Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Diploma in Business Administration and or equivalent
Five to seven years of administrative support experience in a corporate or professional services environment
Must be Word/Excel proficient with a typing speed of more than 50 words per minute. Thorough knowledge of a Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint; Outlook Mail and Calendar; advanced administrative and analytical skills
Must be able to multi-task and prioritise efficiently and effectively have experience supporting partners, and or managers
Strong editing and writing skills required – will be tested and high level of detail, a must
Treats sensitive or confidential information with appropriate discretion
The responsibilities will involve events management – experience in this area will be an advantage
Excellent organization skills and ability to multi task / management of a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships across all levels and Excellent English communication skills are required
Track record of high performance with focus on quality of work performed
