Financial Accountant

The role

  • To manage and control information to various stakeholders:
  • Report financial information to internal management.
  • Debtors control
  • Cash book
  • Local and foreign creditors and Treasury Department
  • Aurora System – maintenance and general ledger
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Responsible for all aspects of the finance department
  • Managing of Finance Department Staff

Your profile

  • Diploma / Degree in Financial Management/Financial Accountant
  • Postgraduate Qualification or CA/ACCA or similar
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven competence in Microsoft applications – advanced in Excel
  • Business language requirement
  • People management skills
  • At least 5 -year’s experience in a managerial role
  • Ability to delegate
  • Deadline driven – very tight schedule
  • Good communication skills
  • Motivated and ability to work under pressure
  • Must be willing and able to travel in and out of country

Botswana – Francistown
